Thank you!

Friday, July 18th, 2008

On behalf of keepbradfordgreen, we would like to thank most sincerely the people of Bradford on Avon. Firstly, the nearly 2000 people who have signed our petition and then the hundreds who packed St Margaret’s Hall on the 1st July for the Town Council meeting.

What we achieved at that meeting was the agreement of the whole Town Council to oppose the planning application for Access Roads to a potential development of 194 houses on the golf course.

The application will soon be put before the District Council and we assure you, that we will be there in force to try and safeguard your interests.

These are just the opening stages of what might turn out to be a long battle.

We hope for your support in the future and will endeavour to keep you all informed of any progress.

It’s not too late to write/email your objections to Wiltshire District Council!

Friday, July 4th, 2008

Until we know for certain when the district council will consider the planning application for this proposed development, we feel it’s still crucial that you write or e-mailing objections to the council.

The principal planning officer is Michael Kilmister, West Wiltshire District Council, Bradley Road, Trowbridge, WILTS BA14 0RD, mkilmister@westwiltshire.gov.uk.

You can also download and print off our campaign poster and put this somewhere visible for people to see.

Please don’t assume someone else will do this, we need every objection we can get!

Thanks :-)
